📜 মার্চেন্ট শর্তাবলী

অ্যাকাউন্ট খোলা: অবশ্যই সঠিক তথ্য দিয়ে রেজিস্ট্রেশন করতে হবে। ভুল বা ভুয়া তথ্য দিলে অ্যাকাউন্ট বাতিল হয়ে যাবে।
ডেলিভারি: আমরা চেষ্টা করি ২৪ ঘন্টার মধ্যে ডেলিভারি সম্পন্ন করতে। গ্রাহক না পাওয়া গেলে বা ক্যান্সেল হলে সর্বোচ্চ ৪৮ ঘন্টার মধ্যে আবার চেষ্টা করা হবে। ভঙ্গুর বা দামী পণ্যের নিরাপদ প্যাকেজিং মার্চেন্টের দায়িত্ব।
চার্জ ও পেমেন্ট: ডেলিভারি চার্জ অফিসিয়াল রেট অনুযায়ী হবে। COD টাকার হিসাব সর্বোচ্চ ৪৮ ঘন্টার মধ্যে দেওয়া হবে। ভুয়া বা ফ্রড অর্ডারের জন্য কোম্পানি দায়ী নয়।
দায়বদ্ধতা: পণ্য হারানো বা ক্ষতি হলে ক্ষতিপূরণ নীতিমালা প্রযোজ্য হবে। অবৈধ বা নিষিদ্ধ পণ্য পাঠানো যাবে না। আইন ভঙ্গ হলে মার্চেন্ট দায়ী থাকবে।
অ্যাকাউন্ট বন্ধ: নিয়ম ভাঙলে বা অবৈধ কাজ করলে অ্যাকাউন্ট বন্ধ হয়ে যাবে।

🔒 গোপনীয়তা

আমরা মার্চেন্ট ও গ্রাহকের নাম, মোবাইল, ঠিকানা, ব্যবসায়িক তথ্য সংগ্রহ করি।
এই তথ্য শুধুমাত্র ডেলিভারি ও পেমেন্ট প্রসেসের জন্য ব্যবহার করা হয়।
সব তথ্য সুরক্ষিত রাখা হবে এবং বিক্রি করা হবে না (আইন না চাইলে)।
প্রয়োজনে ডেলিভারি বা পেমেন্ট পার্টনারের সাথে তথ্য শেয়ার হতে পারে।
মার্চেন্ট চাইলে তথ্য আপডেট বা মুছে দিতে পারবেন।

📜ডেলিভারি ম্যান শর্তাবলী

অ্যাকাউন্ট খোলা: সঠিক তথ্য দিয়ে রেজিস্ট্রেশন করতে হবে। ভুল বা ভুয়া তথ্য দিলে অ্যাকাউন্ট বন্ধ হয়ে যাবে।
ডেলিভারি দায়িত্ব: ডেলিভারি মানে পণ্য নিরাপদভাবে সময়মতো পৌঁছে দেওয়া। কাস্টমার না পাওয়া গেলে বা ক্যান্সেল হলে সর্বোচ্চ ৪৮ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে পুনরায় চেষ্টা করতে হবে। ডেলিভারির সময় পণ্য ভাঙা/হারানো এড়াতে ডেলিভারি ম্যান দায়ী।
চার্জ ও পেমেন্ট: পারিশ্রমিক FlyDrop Courier-এর অফিসিয়াল রেট অনুযায়ী দেওয়া হবে। ফ্রড/ভুয়া অর্ডারের জন্য কোম্পানি দায়ী নয়।
দায়বদ্ধতা: অবৈধ বা নিষিদ্ধ পণ্য নেওয়া যাবে না। আইন ভঙ্গ হলে তার দায়ভার ডেলিভারি ম্যানকেই নিতে হবে।
অ্যাকাউন্ট বন্ধ: নিয়ম ভাঙলে বা অবৈধ কাজ করলে অ্যাকাউন্ট বন্ধ করা হবে।
নিয়ম ও আচরণ: কাজের সময় কোম্পানির সকল নির্দেশনা মেনে চলতে হবে। গ্রাহক বা কোম্পানির সঙ্গে শিষ্টাচার বজায় রাখতে হবে। সেবার মান বজায় রাখার জন্য দায়িত্বশীল হতে হবে।

আমরা ডেলিভারি ম্যানের নাম, মোবাইল, ঠিকানা ও ব্যাংক/পেমেন্ট তথ্য সংগ্রহ করি।
এই তথ্য শুধুমাত্র ডেলিভারি ও পেমেন্ট প্রসেসের জন্য ব্যবহার করা হয়।
সব তথ্য সুরক্ষিত রাখা হবে এবং বিক্রি করা হবে না (আইন না চাইলে)।
প্রয়োজনে ডেলিভারি বা পেমেন্ট পার্টনারের সাথে তথ্য শেয়ার হতে পারে।
ডেলিভারি ম্যান চাইলে তথ্য আপডেট বা মুছে দিতে পারবেন।

📜 Merchant Terms & Conditions

Account Registration: The merchant must register using accurate and valid information. Any false or misleading information may result in account cancellation.
Delivery: We aim to complete delivery within 24 hours. If the customer is not available or cancels, a second attempt will be made within a maximum of 48 hours. Safe packaging of fragile or expensive items is the merchant’s responsibility.
Charges & Payments: Delivery charges will follow the official rate chart. COD payments will be settled within a maximum of 48 hours. The company is not responsible for fraudulent or fake orders.
Liability: In case of loss or damage, the compensation policy will apply. Illegal or prohibited items are strictly not allowed. The merchant will be responsible for any legal violations.
Account Closure: The account will be closed if rules are violated or illegal activities are detected.

📜 Deliveryman Terms & Conditions

Account Registration: Accurate information must be provided during registration. False or invalid information may result in account termination.
Delivery Responsibility: Delivery means handing over the product safely and on time. If the customer is unavailable or cancels, a second attempt must be made within 48 hours. The deliveryman is responsible for preventing product damage or loss during delivery.
Charges & Payment: Compensation will be provided according to FlyDrop Courier’s official rate policy. The company is not responsible for fraudulent or fake orders.
Liability: Illegal or prohibited items must not be carried. Any legal violation will be the deliveryman’s responsibility.
Account Closure: The account will be closed if rules are violated or any unlawful activity occurs.
Conduct & Rules: All company guidelines must be followed while on duty. Proper behavior must be maintained with customers and the company. The deliveryman must ensure quality service and act responsibly.
